5. Game Experiences (Roblox Platform)

By playing Darkk Games experiences on Roblox, you also agree to Roblox Corporation's Terms of Service. Darkk Games is not liable for issues caused by the Roblox platform including server outages, data loss, or platform feature changes.

Any attempt to exploit, cheat, use unauthorized third-party software, or manipulate our game systems is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent removal from our experiences.

In-game purchases made through Roblox are final and governed by Roblox's own refund and transaction policies.

6. Contact Forms & Applications

By submitting a message or application through our contact portal, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful. You also understand that the contact form may be processed by a third-party form provider or hosting provider before it reaches Darkk Games. 7. Junior Developer Accelerator (JDA)

The JDA program is a selective internal initiative operated at the full discretion of Darkk Games. Participation does not constitute employment, a contractor relationship, or paid engagement unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

Work produced under the JDA program using Darkk Games systems, frameworks, or direction may be incorporated into Darkk Games products. Participants retain credit for individual contributions but transfer all intellectual property rights in such work to Darkk Games.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. Darkk Games does not warrant that our website or game experiences will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
